Winter in Buxton?
 

On January 16, the NE was hit by a snow storm and it was a cold one, in the 20's...Kathleen report-ed 72deg in Buxton! 

Lot's to talk about this time...We want to rent just the upstairs this year thru VRBO, so let us know! 

Although we had damage downstairs we are working to get it livable for Kathleen.

We are talking with FEMA about our insurance claim for funding current repairs as well as lifting the duplex.
